New Release: DataTrim Account Organizer – Summer 2021
With hundreds of installs and feedback from a number of existing clients, we have listened. We developed and is proud to deliver a brand-new version of the DataTrim Account Organizer.
A new version which not only includes a list of new features, but support a broader set of use cases. From managing global accounts, to getting a better overview of opportunities and contacts within the organizations. Eventually leading to identification of more cross-sell opportunities, white-spots, and faster access to decision makers.

View and Manage Opportunities and Contact in a hierarchical view
The Account hierarchies been enhanced with new filter and sort functions. And we are excited to announce that we also have added an Opportunity and Contact Tab
These tabs will allow you to see how the open opportunities and contacts are distributed across the hierarchy.
You can edit, move, reassign records and even assign contacts to campaigns directly from the Account Organizer main page, -all with a few simple clicks.
Global Account Management – View: All My Top-Level Accounts
When managing global accounts or major accounts in general, searching salesforce for specific accounts within a hierarchy can be tricky as salesforce stores everything as a flat table and you easily get lost if the number of subsidiaries is big.
With the Account Organizer we have built in a default list view, which simply provides you with a list of your Top Level Accounts. This list view is all you basically need to navigate your accounts.
From here you can drill down, navigate and search within the hierarchies. keeping an eye on the hierarchical structure and always knowing where you are in the structure.
New filtering functionality which allows you to predefine which accounts to include.
In the Summer ’21 release of the Account Organizer we have complete redone the filter function. Some clients got confused with the “old” structure with a search and a filter field. So based on this feedback we have removed the Filter fields and added a filter function, where you can build a filter with point and click. Easy to use and more intuitive for those who already are familiar with the standard salesforce filtering functions.
This filter function applies not only to the Account hierarchy, but it allows you also to filter the Opportunities and Contacts listed for each hierarchy.

An Extra feature has been added to enable default filters. For Opportunities it is logical not to display all opportunities, but only those which are open. Likewise for Contacts, you may not want to display all Contacts, but only contacts which are Active or has opted in.
