It’s our pleasure to announce the release of our November ’11 version for DataTrim Dupe Alerts.
In this new version we are happy to present a number of features requested by you and the rest of our user community:
• Improved navigation on Merge Wizard,
• Threshold for Dupe Status, to allow you only to expose potential dupes with a elevated Dupe Status to your end users on the Account Detail Page.
• Ability to exclude fields in the Mass Merge process
• Feature for modifying the status of the Activity being created during Mass Merge so that you can include you r own custom Activity Status values.
Dupe Detection upon Entry
This functionality is now publicly available, amongst the enhancements we added default matching on website address etc.
Activate this new feature and see how DataTrim Dupe Alerts will help you detect duplicates as you enter new records (Accounts, Contacts and Leads)
Performance and Data protection
We have also made large improvements on the back side to improve performance and security while processing your data. Our server park has expanded to accommodate the increased demand for deduplication, and we have implemented state-of-the art encryption of all communication and temporary storage of data, including data compartementation and US Department of Defense standard data destruction.

We are happy to announce the general availability of our latest release.
With this version we have made some significant improvements to the search and scoring algorithms and we have incorporated a significant number of new features and functionality requested by our community.
We have now incorporated the website field as a key search field.
The wide spread use of JigSaw as data source and enrichment has for many clients turned the focus on to searching by website.
So to support this new Salesforce component it has been natural for us to include the website at even level as company name, phone etc.
Several clients has also requested the ability to customize the Entry Check Page, and although there is a possibility (using Visual Force) to completely redesign the page, most feedback has been related to the ability to hide certain parts and elements of the Entry Check Page.
With this release you can now hide any input field which you do not use in your org., and thus make the end-user experience simpler.
